
A very good Victorian oak bracket clock of substantial dimensions, by Barraud and Lund, Cornhill London, numbered 2384, with a silvered face and black Roman numerals, the carving to this clock and matching bracket is truly outstanding, powered by a triple Fusee movement, chiming on the hour, half hour and quarters with music, comes complete with original brass pendulum and winding key, Barraud and Lund traded from 1838 until 1929, were based at 41 Cornhill, London, successors to the family firm Barraud and Sons, manufacturers of high quality watches and clocks, also inventing the electric system of synchronising public clocks with Lund's patent synchronizer, the dimensions are 53cms wide 45cms deep 31cms to the top of the seat and 87cms to the top of the back, I am happy to deliver locally for a small fee, or arrange a courier nationally
