A fabulous 1930s white Bakelite Rototherm thermometer, It has a lovely face, with an easy to read dial showing the ‘freezing point’ temperature of 32 ºF, and measures from 30 to 100 ºF., made by the British Rototherm Co. Ltd, London, and being embossed James Dowie and Co 1855-1955, a ‘must have item for a study or office, it measures temperature in Fahrenheit and is encased in a Bakelite moulding
