Entirely made of solid wood , appearing to be walnut with a wonderful, warm aged patina or finish. Four hand carved butterfly wing nuts working on hand carved threads keep the fabric in place, two more hand carved nuts tighten the angle of the frame, It comes apart into small bundle for storage or for shipment, and assembles quickly when one wishes to put it to use, a fabulous looking piece that can still be used to work on pieces or would be a great way to display that wonderful tapestry, the dimensions are 105cms standing 115cms tall, the working frame is 90cms by 65cms tall so a really good size, I am happy to deliver locally for a small fee, or arrange a courier nationally
